Step 2
Services
Our loggers take great pride in their craft. We employ professional loggers who are dedicated to keeping your timber beautiful and clean. Before we begin, we ensure all property lines and trees are marked. During logging, we take great care to prevent trees from falling in your creeks and streams. Finally, during cleanup, we build and grade roads throughout the timber and cut up the tops of trees to minimize our footprint.
Step 3
Payout
Our contracts are designed with the landowners’ interests in mind. No forest product can leave a property until the landowner is paid in full. A copy of our contract is available upon request. We evaluate the price of each log, record those values, and then merchandise the logs for a particular buyer. There is no guesswork in the determination of the value which ensures you are paid a premium for your forest products.
