We are Illinois Licensed Timber Buyers with thirty years of experience. Walnut Timber Buyers is owned and operated by father and son Kenin and Weston Edwards. We are buyers of standing timber and cut logs specializing in walnut and white oak veneer.
 
As select harvesters we only harvest mature trees for maximum profit, for YOU. We evaluate the price of each log based on knowledge of current market prices, enter those values into a handheld computer, then merchandise the logs for a particular buyer. Due to our unique appraisal process, there is no guesswork in the evaluation of your timber.
 
We also care about minimum footprint. That is why we make sure to clean up your forest so it looks like we were never there. Each tree that we will harvest will be marked in advance.
